ECO DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES SDN. BHD. (EDFSB) is a 100% Bumiputera-owned company incorporated in May 2001. Its current registered office is located at No. 8-1, Jalan Putra 6, Putra Kajang Business Center, 43000 Kajang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, MALAYSIA.

The company’s primary focus is on participating in construction and infrastructural development projects, which include general facilities maintenance for buildings and landscape areas, encompassing lakes and wetlands. With this objective, the company has engaged and collaborated with various personnel and organizations possessing in-depth experience, knowledge, and capabilities necessary for the successful implementation of such projects.

Since 2014, EDFSB has expanded its services to include management training in Ecosystem Management Projects (EMP), offering competency training in boat handling and skippership. This service pertains to formulating appropriate management strategies for water bodies such as lakes and wetlands, integrating ecohydrology concepts for inland water bodies. It encompasses research activities related to sampling, monitoring, and preparing Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and EMPs. EDFSB also conducts specialized training sessions on lakes and wetlands management for water managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to fulfill these objectives.

In addition to its existing endeavors, EDFSB has further solidified its capacity by offering the supply of boats and boat engines. This service supports various aquatic projects and ensures that clients have access to high-quality equipment necessary for effective water body management.
